A Humble Beginning
It was an ordinary autumn day in Chengdu. In a modest office, a small group of young people gathered to discuss a question: could we create a product with real warmth? Few brands at the time were willing to invest seriously in material safety, realistic touch, and privacy protection all at once. We decided to start from scratch – to build a product we would be proud to buy and use ourselves.
And so YLXH Doll was born. The name carries our simplest aspiration – to build a trustworthy brand. We set an unbreakable rule from day one: "Quality is dignity." We had no fancy office, no vast capital – just a deep commitment to quality and a profound respect for our users.
From sketches to prototype took three months, but getting to mass production took even longer – because the first batch all failed. The skeleton wasn't flexible enough, durability fell short, and makeup details couldn't withstand close inspection. We refused to compromise, scrapped everything, and started over – more than a dozen prototypes were discarded.
It wasn't until early 2026 that our debut TPE doll finally hit the market. Fortunately, the response far exceeded our expectations – "The touch is so real," "Details are impressive,""Price is very reasonable."Those words of genuine appreciation made every struggle worthwhile.
The success of our first product gave us confidence and showed us a bigger picture. Orders and inquiries from the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia kept growing – but cross-border shipping brought new challenges. We realised that to truly serve a global audience, we needed to build our own warehousing network overseas.
In the spring of 2026, our first overseas warehouse opened in the United States. Warehouses in Germany and Poland quickly followed. Delivery times for European and American users were slashed from weeks to just three to seven business days – and every package strictly followed our discreet shipping standards.

Our full-silicone doll series was officially launched, featuring medical-grade platinum silicone with superior detail and longevity. Personalised customisation services were introduced, allowing users to create their own unique doll – from skin tone and hair colour to facial features and proportions. A mini doll collection also joined the lineup, lighter and easier to store – perfect for users with limited space.
